About Us

We are a full service salon that offers every service you can think of. Our team is comprised of multi talented artists who help to ensure that there is something for everyone here. From hair services, to nail services, to spray tanning and brow services, group events and theme parties we have it all! In our environment, you can feel comfortable knowing that you will be greeted with an atmosphere focused on excellence and impeccable customer service.

Our Story

Owner Ashley McLeod brought her entrepreneurial vision to life in 2008 when she built Glamorous Spalon. She has always had 4 goals in mind with her salon: to create a one stop shop offering a wide range of salon services, to build and lead a diverse team of unique talented artists, to provide a fun and welcoming environment where all walks of life are accepted, and to continuously evolve the businesses by bringing some of the newest styles, products, and services in to her salon.

Ashley and her team have created a space with an innovative vision, beautiful artistry, and an overall fun environment for artists and clients alike. Our deep desire to provide reliable services to our community members is what makes our salon so glamorous!

We pride ourselves on being a full service salon offering a wide variety of services all under one roof. Our team is comprised of incredibly talented artists that help to ensure that there we offer something for everyone.

Our hair services include cuts, colors, highlights, extensions, blowouts, color corrections, perms, and more. We’ve got nails covered too, offering manicures and pedicures with options for gel and acrylic sets. Spray tanning, eyelash extensions, and eyebrow tinting, and beard trims are all available as well. We also offer group events including educational classes and theme parties for our clients to take advantage of.

I’m ClaraFaye Clapp, a licensed esthetician. I’m the face behind Skincare by ClaraFaye, LE. I specialize in body waxing and relaxation facials. I love meeting new people and creating connections through this job. I graduated from Science of Beauty Academy in March of 2024. My goal is to make all of my clients feel beautiful in their own skin.

When I’m not pampering my clients, you can find me hanging out with my friends, loving on my cats, or crocheting. I was born and raised in Marshall County and graduated from Marshall County High School in May of 2023.

I found my niche very quickly into school, this being Brazilian waxing. While I do love waxing, I also offer a wide variety of facials. There’s nothing better than helping my clients unwind and relax with me. After graduating from esthetics school, I continued to further my education. I have since become certified in dermaplaning, spray tanning, and hydrodermabrasion. I am always looking to learn something new for my clients.

Meet Brittany Baxter! Originally from Carlisle and Livingston, she made the move to Marshall a few years ago and decided to pursue her passion for hair-styling in this lovely town. As a fellow busy mom of two, she truly understands the value of carving out time for self-care. It's something she firmly believes in. With 12 years of experience as a stylist, she can confidently say that she absolutely adores her job. Connecting with each client that sits in her chair brings her immense joy. She genuinely treasures the relationships she form with her clients. While she loves all color services, she has a special affinity for working with dimensional blondes, balayage, root melts, and absolutely loves lived-in looks. Brittany is trained & certified in Hello Darling XO Invisible Extensions.

To further enhance her skills, she enjoys attending classes to advance her craft. She particularly enjoys the ones that allow her to travel a bit, affording her the opportunity to reflect and enjoy some music along the way. She loves conversation about the latest TV series, movies, or any other topic of interest. Personally, she has a soft spot for a good comedy or horror flick.

Furthermore, she is a music buff, so she enjoys jamming out to some fantastic tunes Now, she does admit, she may not have the most remarkable singing talent, but don't be surprised if she drops it low to some Nelly or Ludacris, or sing along off-key to Whitney Houston or Elton John. It's funny how much she loves music despite lacking any musical talent. With a unique sense of humor, she always strives to bring laughter to those around her. Whether it's through a good corny joke or a funny cat video, she enjoys brightening your day. When she's not in the salon, she cherishes spending time with her husband and kids. During the kids' school hours, her husband and her often explore the local antique stores. Alternatively, she indulges in some much-needed "me time" by savoring a cup of coffee or visiting the nearby TJ Maxx or Plato's Closet. At home, you might find her engrossed in a gripping murder podcast or busy baking a killer dessert, or experimenting with new recipes.

I am a professional cosmetic tattooist that specializes in hyper realistic eyebrow transformations with a technique that has been termed “Nano Brows.”

Hi my name is Nichoel Kornbacher. I have been practicing the latest trends in all nail services. I will be offering gel manicures, gel pedicures, and gel nail extensions. I've been practicing nail artistry for the past 3 years. I am a graduate of Changes Cosmetology School. I'd love to use my creative skills and clients desire to accomplish something they love to show off with each service.
